Signing Ceremony between Tauzia Hotel Management and PT. KAWAN

Tauzia International Hotel Management has created the famous orange concept Harris Hotels & Resorts that we can visit at Harris Resort Batam, Harris Hotel Tuban-Bali, Harris Resort Kuta-Bali and Harris Hotel Tebet-Jakarta. A Simple, Unique and Friendly concept makes Harris Hotels & Resorts more than just a Hotel but a new Asian lifestyle. Tauzia concept always brings an innovative idea to the properties their managed, especially for Harris Brand. Tauzia in cooperation with PT. KAWAN will build the new “Harris Riverview Hotel & Residences”.

On April 26, 2008, Mr. Marc Steinmeyer as President Director of Tauzia Hotel Management and Mr. Felik Harianto N. S and Mr. Kevin Poei as Directors of PT. KAWAN will sign the Tradename and Management agreement at the Harris Riverview Hotel and Residences. PT. KAWAN believes Tauzia Hotel Management and in their unique concept of Harris to turn the Riverview development into a success for all the owners.

Harris Riverview strategically located at Kuta area which is very close to the central activities in Bali such as the famous Kuta beach, traditional markets, shopping malls, international restaurants and others activity that will create your holiday a memorable one. The new Harris Riverview will accommodate 200 rooms & residences and will open at the end of 2008.

Beside Harris Riverview, Tauzia Hotel Management operates 4 Harris properties (Harris Resort Batam, Harris Hotel Tuban-Bali, Harris Resort Kuta-Bali, Harris Hotel Tebet-Jakarta), 5 Harris under construction (Harris Hotel Kelapa Gading-Jakarta, Harris Resort Sentul, Harris Hotel Medan, Harris Batam and Harris at North of Jakarta) and 2 more will be open in 2009 and 3 others Harris will develop in Indonesia. Furthermore, Tauzia under its Hotels & Preferences operated The Bvilla+Spa Seminyak-Bali and Anhera at Ubud-Bali, and will be open by the end of 2008. 2 new concepts of Charm Hotels & Residences such as The Haven, Seminyak-Bali and Camakila, Legian-Bali. As an estate management Tauzia operate future FX Residence at Jl. Sudirman, Jakarta, and 1500 units Apartment and Villas in Hanoi, Vietnam.
